The electro-mechanical loading system is designed for testing objects such as gear boxes, shafts, internal combustion engines with specified parameters and high accuracy.
The system consists of control unit (controller), regulator (variable frequency drives), feedback sensors, drive unit  (motor) and loading unit (generator with switching gearbox).

Control unit checks and regulates the current state of the system according to the PC specified data. FPGA base provides precise control of variable frequency drives. Security system protection loop is also implemented on FPGA which high-speed response ensures the safety of the test object.

Feedback is provided by torque and speed sensors mounted on the input and output shafts.
Switching gearbox allows to achieve torque rates up to 40 kNm at the output shaft. Rotation speeds up to 4000 rpm for both input and output shafts are supported.

Different types of additional measurements can be performed during the test by the data acquisition system.
One of the key elements of a test rig for internal combustion engines, electric motors, and transmissions are drive and/or load motors. Often, mass-produced engines do not provide the required technical characteristics and conditions of the test program, and the development of new engines is a long and expensive process. To solve this problem, we actively uses technology gearboxes of its own design. This allows us to accurately reproduce the test program, use mass-produced engines, and minimize the Customer’s financial expenses.
